鸿 & 达(柬埔寨)服装有限公司
A knit apparel factory on National Road 2 in Takeo, running 27 hanging assembly lines for FOB programmes shipped to the United States and Europe. Backed by Jiangsu Guotai International Group Guomao Co., Ltd.
HONG & DA opened in July 2025, but the buying relationships, systems and capital behind it are twenty‑five years old. That combination is the reason a first‑year factory is already running 27 lines.
HONG & DA (Cambodia) Garment Co., Ltd. was established and put into operation on 1 July 2025 in Soeng Commune, Samraong District, Takeo Province. The site covers 25,306 square metres across four buildings — two main workshops, one warehouse and one dormitory.
We build knit apparel to order: joggers, hoodies, tees, shorts and cowl‑neck tops for US and European retail programmes. Every line is a hanging assembly line, cutting is done on automatic laser cutters, and spreading is fully automated. The plant was specified from an empty field, so the equipment reflects what buyers ask for now rather than what was installed a decade ago.
We currently produce FOB orders shipped to the United States and Europe, and our aim is straightforward: to earn a reputation for on‑time delivery and consistent quality in both markets.

Takeo Province sits between Phnom Penh and the coast, which gives us a short run to the river port and a manageable one to deep sea. Both routes are on sealed national road.

This is the route every piece takes through the plant, in order. Each station has a written standard and a checkpoint before the work moves on — two thread‑and‑repair inspections, two measurement checks and two needle detections per garment.

Racked and lot‑controlled on arrival, with fabric held clear of the floor.

10% of each lot checked on the 4‑point system before it is released to cutting.

Rolls are relaxed to stabilise shrinkage before spreading — knit 8%, woven 5%.

Trims, labels and packaging held against the bill of materials for each style.

All spreading is done on automatic cloth spreading machines, not by hand.

Automatic laser cutting, so panel accuracy does not depend on the operator.

Every one of our 27 lines is a hanging assembly line, which keeps work in progress visible and balanced.

Thread repair and measurement checks, carried out before and after pressing.

Steam pressing to the customer's finished measurement specification.

Each garment passes needle detection twice. Nothing ships on a single pass.

Folded, poly‑bagged and cartoned to the buyer's packing manual.

Held in the finished goods warehouse and released against the shipping schedule.
Scroll sideways to follow the line.
We opened with a single pilot line in July 2025 and added lines in two planned blocks rather than all at once, so training and quality systems kept pace with the machines.
| Phase | Operation start | Lines | Employees | Monthly capacity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 | July 2025 | 1 | 30 | Pilot line |
| Phase 2 | October 2025 | 12 | 360 | 300,000–400,000 pcs |
| Phase 3 | January 2026 | 14 | 420 | — |
| Total | — | 27 | 810 | Up to 500,000 pcs |
Capacity depends on style and standard minute value. Send us a tech pack and we will come back with a line‑loading plan and a realistic ship date rather than a headline number.

Where a buyer's requirement and our own standard operating procedure disagree, we follow whichever is stricter. These are the checks that run on every order.

A small in‑house development team, so a fit comment does not have to travel to another country and back. Module lines are available for small lots and test orders.
We develop patterns and development samples in house, and can run a test order on a module line before committing a full line to the style.
Sample room, pattern workstation and fit form.
We are audited against the standards our customers use, and we run the plan‑do‑check‑act cycle on the findings rather than closing them and moving on. Compliance here is managed by a full‑time team, not added to someone's other duties.
